AI Lift-Off has launched!

AI is rapidly changing the world our students will step into — and many schools are asking the same question: where do we begin?

WADSIH’s new AI Lift-Off program is designed to help high schools confidently introduce AI into the classroom in a practical, engaging and meaningful way.

AI Lift-Off goes beyond simply using tools like ChatGPT. It helps students and teachers understand how AI works, and how it can be used thoughtfully in learning and teaching.

There are two tailored options for schools...
👩‍🎓 Student AI Incursion: Fun, hands-on activities that introduce students to the fundamentals of AI and how it applies in real life.
👩‍🏫 Teacher AI Training: Practical guidance for educators on navigating AI, integrating it into lesson planning, and building AI literacy in the classroom.

Sessions can be delivered as a 1-hour workshop or a full-day program, depending on your school’s needs.

This program supports WADSIH’s mission to strengthen AI capability across Western Australia — ensuring the next generation leaves school equipped to understand and use AI, not just observe it.
